Panang curry cooking sauce

ingredients: Organic coconut oil, lemongrass, galangal, shallots, garlic, dried chili peppers, salt, palm sugar, kaffir lime leafs, gluten free soy sauce, spices (coriander seeds, cumin, cardamom, bay leafs)

To make a SimpliThai panang Curry base combine with 400 ml. (~11 tbsp.) of coconut milk and 1.5 cup of water or broth

Serve with Jasmine rice. (recommended)
